Furnishing
On the departure day the apartment is at your disposal until 09.00 o'clock, or after arrangement.
If you check out after 09.30 a.m. (maximum 18.00 p.m.) and the apartment is available, we charge 50% of the price of the apartment.
If you arrive on Sunday, the apartment will be available for family reasons until 12.00 noon and after 5 pm.
Municipal residence tax is added to the indicated price. At the moment it is € 1.55 per day and person (14 years and older). The tax can be paid on site. From 01.01.2020 it will be increased to € 1.75.
To confirm a booking we request a deposit of 30% of the tour price.
