Cancellation conditions

Without cancallation: the guest has to pay 80 % of the quoted rate.

Early departure:
In the case of early departure, the guest is obligated to pay the rates for the days spent and also 80 % of the quoted rate for the remainder of the stay and unused services.

We recommend our ’Red Rooster’ cancellation protection policy so that you can spare yourself unnecessary costs.

In cases of early departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay in writing) the following cancellation fees take effect

• up to 60 days prior to arrival date: no charge
• from 59 to 28 days prior to arrival date: 50 % of the quoted rate
• fewer than 28 days prior to the arrival date or failure to arrive: 80 % of the quoted rate
